TheGymPress Journal has an extensive international distribution of approximately1800 clubs and growing, along with 102 registered members. TheGymPress is distributed to all clubs in the US and NZ, with plans of expanding distribution to all clubs in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada in the near future. TheGymPress has also an extensive international readerships. Five issues are produced per annum. The journal covers a wide range of gymnastics related topics including biomechanics for gymnastics, exercise physiology, skill coaching, coaching methods and strategies, injury prevention, topics of interest, sport psychology and more.
